Raised in Montague then raising her children in Colrain, Heather Sonn understands and appreciates the
many unique benefits of living in Franklin County – with its unmatched beauty, culture, shopping, and
marvelous restaurants.
Heather carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she
does. She strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability,
but also to educate them throughout every step of the process so that they can make the best decisions
possible. She understands a house is more than a building, it’s a home and part of clients’ life story
whether it’s the beginning chapter of their book of life or moving onto the next chapter.
When Heather is not actively helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership you can find her
enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. She is an avid bicyclist, whether its peddling on the road,
in the woods, or at bike parks. She enjoys time with her children and granddaughter skiing, biking,
fishing, and the traditional board games at family gatherings. Heather currently competes in autocross
events in the STS Class with her 1990 Mazda Miata at Devens, Ayer Mass through different
organizations.
Heather looks forward to helping her clients navigate through the process of buying or selling their
home. She promises attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, respect, and willingness
to help the client achieve their goals in a timely manner.
